Title:

Senior Electrical Engineer I & C

We support water customers across Australia to provide our communities with the best drinking water and wastewater treatment services whilst innovating ways to safeguard and secure our countrys water supplies.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer with water industry or industrial plant experience to join our high performing water team. The role would be focusing on LV electrical systems including schematics equipment layout lighting motor control centers and communications systems SCADA instrumentation and PLCs.

Youll be a key member of our Water team who are delivering major capital projects and facility upgrades to water treatment plants and wastewater treatment plants for Sydney Waters North West Treatment Hub and Victorias South East Water $1.5 billion 10year contract awarded to KBR

This is an opportunity to play a key role mentoring juniors and dealing directly with the client you will work with diverse teams leading projects across the full asset lifecycle. From strategic planning for our future cities to working with our construction partners to gain the invaluable delivery experience seeing your designs come to life. Who are you

As a Senior Electrical Engineer in the Water team you will have previous experience in similar complex plant/industrial environments and have completed design and technical writing. You are driven to deliver outcomes for clients as well as contribute to team success.

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Hold an accredited Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (or related)
  • Design experience with knowledge of industry standards. strong skills in instrumentation controls SCADA and LV design
  • Ability to work in engineering and design modelling teams and contribute to project to scope budget and program.
  • Previous experience gained within industrial manufacturing mining construction or consulting.
