About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our dynamic team to take on new daily challenges and really shine through.
The officebased (East Bentleigh) Scheduler is responsible for the timely and costeffective scheduling of the required site attendance bookings for our national team of internal and external partner contractor restoration technicians. The role works closely with out teams of technicians subcontractors and project coordinators and reports to the Linx Operations Manager.
Key activities include but are not limited to:
- Initial contact with customer and triage of new job allocations
- Timely and costeffective National scheduling of internal and partner contractor restoration workforce
- Usage/updating of scheduling portal
- Consistent and accurate administration or assigned allocations
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and regular updates
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience workforce scheduling
- Great customer service skills
- An understanding of the restoration and or building repair process critical inspection points and WHS requirements
- Track record of establishing and maintaining long term relationships/accounts
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Proactive and outcome focused
- Ability to act independently and multitask
- High attention to detail with excellent communication
