Zynx Health is seeking a strategic executionfocused Product Manager to manage an established product while driving the execution of its nextgeneration version. Youll play a key role in ensuring productmarket fit shaping roadmap priorities and supporting successful adoption of our clinical decision support solutions across healthcare systems.
This role involves close collaboration with Engineering Clinical Sales and Marketing teams to translate user needs into impactful product features and compelling product narratives. In addition to core product development responsibilities youll support gotomarket effortsincluding launch planning sales enablement and refinement of messaging and positioning based on performance insights.
Responsibilities
Own and evolve the product roadmap balancing tactical enhancements with longterm strategic goals
Collaborate with Product Clinical and Marketing teams early in the product lifecycle to validate productmarket fit and define positioning
Conduct competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities and inform product direction
Translate healthcare professional workflows and clinical pain points into wellscoped MVPs and product requirements
Partner with Engineering to estimate prioritize and deliver features through agile sprints
Monitor usage data KPIs and customer feedback to refine roadmap messaging and gotomarket strategy
Support product launch planning including resource coordination internal readiness and training
Contribute to the creation of clientfacing tools and enablement resources (e.g. demo scripts FAQs training decks launch collateral)
Ensure alignment across crossfunctional stakeholders through effective communication and documentation
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency within the product lifecycle
Qualifications
5 years of product management experience preferably in healthcare IT health tech or B2B SaaS
Strong understanding of product marketing concepts including productmarket fit positioning messaging and buyer personas
Demonstrated success launching new products or major features in agile environments
Experience conducting competitive and market analysis to drive product differentiation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to distill complex clinical and technical ideas into clear concepts
Highly analytical with a datadriven mindset for interpreting KPIs and driving continuous improvement
Familiarity with clinical decision support (CDS) healthcare workflows or EHR integration is highly desirable
BA/BS required; MBA or clinical degree (e.g. RN MD NP) a plus
Willing to travel up to 10%

In accordance with applicable law Hearst is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role if hired in Los Angeles reasonable estimate if hired in Los Angeles is $103000.00 $135000.00. Please note this information is specific to those hired this role is open to candidates outside oflocation the salary range would be aligned to that specific location. A final decision on the successful candidates starting salary will be based on a number of permissible nondiscriminatory factors including but not limited to skills and experience training certifications and education.
