Work Schedule:
This is a fulltime 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work Monday through Friday typically from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the will work at the Waisman Center located at 1500 Highland Ave Madison WI.

We are seeking an RN Clinic Manager Pediatric Specialties Clinics at the Waisman Center:
- Provide dynamic leadership for our Developmental Pediatrics Genetics and Autism Treatment Program Clinics.
- Ensure the provision of remarkable patient care for our pediatric patients and their families most efficiently and effectively.
- Manage daily operations and administrative functions of the pediatric specialties clinics.

- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
- Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) Healthcare Management Business or related healthcare field Preferred
- 2 years healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience Required
- 5 years progressive relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred
- Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Required
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
