Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manages and directs the daytoday operations of cage and team members.
Communicates performance expectations to cage and bankers.
Assists the Cashier Manager in performance of duties and assumes full responsibility in their absence.
Works specialty bank or front line as requested.
Assists in the preparation and coordination of scheduling casino cashiering and banking team.
Investigates equipment or facility failure.
Investigates guest complaints.
Monitors casino cashiering activities on the front line specialty banks main bank and redemption areas
Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information operating systems company policies marketing plans and team member information.
Ensures training and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Ensures compliance with internal controls and standard operating procedures in all transactions and activities.
Produce and deliver reports in a timely manner.
Participate in interviewing selecting training and discipling of team members.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
General business knowledge with broad knowledge of casino cage slot and table games rules regulations procedures and administration preferred.
Strong organizational managerial and communication skills required.
Demonstrated strong leadership and decisionmaking competencies.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to work varied shifts weekends and holidays as needed.
Must be 21 years old or older.
Must be able to obtain a required Key Gaming License.

Also required are frequent standing walking stooping bending lifting reaching climbing steps and sitting.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.; and can push pull reach bend twist stoop and kneel.
Must be able to sit stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Responds to visual and aural cues.
Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.
