Job Description

Phlebotomist - Outpatient Clinic Location for this assignment will be at our SIHF Clinic - Touchette Outpatient Phlebotomy Services. 311 West Lincoln Street Belleville IL 62220 Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. No weekends or Major Holidays. Minimum Qualifications: Education High School Diploma or GED required. Completion of a Medical Assistant Phlebotomy or equivalent program required. Experience 2 years phlebotomy experience required. Certifications Licenses and Registrations BLS certification required. Certified Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant (preferred)

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. No weekends or Major Holidays.

Specialty Type: Medical Laboratory

General Certifications: General Certifications(BLS/BCLS)
