Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance Be the friendly voice helping customers with inquiries and product guidance.
- Order Processing Accurately process customer orders and address special requests.
- ProblemSolving Handle customer concerns with professionalism and find effective solutions.
- Product Knowledge Stay up to date on the latest home technology trends and explain features in an easytounderstand way.
- Team Collaboration Work with sales technical support and logistics teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Record Keeping Maintain accurate customer records in our service system.
- Customer Feedback Gather valuable input from customers to help improve products and services.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience Previous experience in a customer service role required (tech or home improvement industry is a plus).
- Tech Enthusiast Passion for home technology smart home systems and security solutions.
- Strong Communication Ability to explain technical concepts clearly in both verbal and written forms.
- ProblemSolving Skills Ability to analyze customer issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Empathy & Patience A positive and understanding attitude when helping customers.
- Multitasking Abilities Handle multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
- Team Player Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve company goals.
- TechSavvy Comfortable using customer service software databases and tools.
- Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education is a plus.
- Bilingual skills are a major plus!
