About the opportunity:
This role will administer programs focused on improving the health wellness and education of children youth and families. Specific topic areas include: Working with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) Hospitals Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) Health Plans Employers Commercial Insurance Payors and Community Based Organizations (CBOs) to support an aligned and coordinated home visiting system and ensure the implementation of universally offered newborn home visiting in accordance with OARthrough 0170.
