Job Description
Clean Solution Services Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Janitorial OnSite Manager that embodies our mission of Serving Others each and every day in Denver Co. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with outstanding followup skills. A problemsolver with a drive for results who wants to be in a clientfacing and highly visible role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitor staff hours and motivate staff to keep production rates high.
2. Work with staff schedule to ensure shifts are covered. Be OnCall to cover staff out should you be in the area and as last option if no one else is available.
3. Be Point of Contact for client staff Communicate with staff (check in) via phone to ensure contract requirements are met request staff provide needs list; such as supplies needed issues with equipment reporting issued to clients etc.
4. Complete the twice monthly recap to include: Number of staff members hours per staff member QC Reports anomalies that caused delays confirmation of periodic task completions request for supplies schedule upcoming tasks request support from management team etc.
5. Ensure staff is adhering to PPE requirements continuously throughout shift.
6. Train staff on process and retrain as needed
7. Project/Contract Manager compliance checks and implementation
8. Identify issues and recommend procedures for improvement with process and staff
9. Assign periodic task to the team.
10. Walk through to ensure we have contract requirements/QC audits and deliver supplies
11. Floor Care services Stripping and Waxing Carpet Shampooing Buffing floors etc.
12. High Cleaning with use of Ladder or lift.
13. Assist in daily Cleaning

Within Clean Source Solutions you will report directly to the project manager and company administer.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
3 years experience leadership experience managing 12 or more janitorial team members janitorial and grounds services
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external contacts at various levels. Good written and oral communications
Basic computer skills
Proficient in workplace safety measures
Knowledge of inventory management
Ability to organize materials manage time and prioritize tasks in order to complete projects on or before specified deadlines.
Effective organization skills with attention to detail.
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists. Solid decisionmaking skills.
Ability to perform with little or no supervision in a timely manner and with acceptable quality.
Ability to work flexible hours if needed including evenings and weekends
Requirements:
Applicants will be subject to background check and drug screen
Frequent walking and standing.
Frequent bending stooping and kneeling
Frequent handling of merchandise and equipment such as twowheel dollies
Frequent and proper lifting of up to 50 pounds
License:
Forklift experience of 3 years minimum
OSHA 1910.178 trained within the past three years
