Position Summary:The R&D Data Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation of a new specification management system by collecting organizing and entering product and packaging data. This role works closely with R&D teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data assist in testing system outputs and support documentation approvals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect organize and enter productand packaging data into a specification management system
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to compile and input formulation details
  • Validate and review data for accuracy and completeness
  • Revise data entries as needed and test system outputs for functionality
  • Facilitate the approval process for specifications in accordance with internal procedures
  • Support R&D teams with additional tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Experience in data entry and data verification
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective time management and communication abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Bachelors degree in Food Science Chemistry or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with specification management platforms preferred (e.g. Specright Salesforce or similar CRM systems)
