Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for FirstLine Equipment Services Managers (Level K) to support the Fabrication team in Auburn or Puyallup Washington on a variable shift (may be selected to work 1st 2nd or 3rd shift).
A manager in this role will develop crossfunctional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability trust teamwork quality and safety. This role will lead a team of 10 people within the Puget Sound.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
Develops and executes business plans policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
Acquires resources provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
Manages develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience in Aerospace Fabrication or manufacturing environment
3 years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
3 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint)
Willing to work any shift (may be selected for 1st 2nd or 3rd shift)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)
3 years of experience mentoring coaching guiding and leading teams
