Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process maintaining the quality of products and keeping our work environment organized and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the production line efficiency to ensure timely loading and shipment of products.
- Assemble and prepare goods for shipment ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Maintain organized storage of material and product inventory in warehouses.
- Keep the work area clean and wellorganized to meet safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Replace raw materials needed for production as required.
- Make equipment adjustments to maintain production flow and meet quality standards.
- Conduct required startup and shutdown inspections.
- Notify supervisors of any equipment or quality issues that may affect customer service.
- Follow all company policies related to production safety and HR.
- Crosstrain in all production tasks based on the training metrics set by the company.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand part numbers labels and work/safety instructions.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel etc.).
- Experience with assembly fabrication or other manufacturing techniques.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift push pull and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work in a nonclimatecontrolled environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
