OVERVIEW AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Business Analytics Intern will support operational reporting and process improvement initiatives within the billing and revenue cycle team. This role is ideal for a graduate student passionate about data technology and continuous improvement. The Business Analytics Intern will work closely with the Sr. RCM Analyst and crossfunctional teams to build dashboards analyze business processes and drive efficiencies using modern tools.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key business metrics
- Analyze operational data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement
- Assist with mapping and redesigning core processes in billing and revenue cycle operations
- Document reporting requirements data sources and workflows in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting needs across other business functions
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Current graduate student in Information Systems Business Analytics or related field
- Strong interest in healthcare operations data analytics or process improvement
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools is preferred (training available)
- Strong problemsolving communication and documentation skills
- Detailoriented with a proactive and collaborative approach
