Job Description

The Competitive Intelligence and Analysis team sits at the heart of developing commercial and clinical strategy and has an impact on decisionmaking at the highest levels. In this role join us as part of a highachieving Strategy Team bearing responsibility for ensuring the decisions we make with our pipeline assets best position us for return on investment and positive patient outcomes.
As such you will shape strategy and influence investment decisions by delivering analysis and insights to Senior Leadership and other key partners to ensure a full understanding of the constantly evolving oncology landscape.
What youll Do
Working with a team of specialists you will own the delivery of competitive analysis using knowledge of the therapy area and external resources to shape futureproofed therapy area (TA) strategies. You will drive indepth analysis of clinical and commercial data generating and communicating critical insights on key issues to provide transparency and respectful challenge to key decision makers. Given there is a range of partners you will have an opportunity to influence strategy though your intellectual agility and communication skills building a network of trusted relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree
At least 3 years of experience working in research and/or with data analysis and factbased decisionmaking (equity research background is a definite asset)
A critical innovative thinker with a background in oncology clinical / research or investment analysis
Highly intellectual with excellent analytical skills and learning agility
Experienced in leading crossfunctional teams with ability to influence without authority
A clear communicator with the ability to communicate complex issues simply
Resourceful motivated decisive and proactive; able to manage multiple priorities in a fastgrowing organization
Preferred Qualifications
Educated to PhD MD or MBA level
More than 4 years of working experience with clinical data and analysis (financial models industry trends)
More than 2 years working in Oncology
Indepth understanding of clinical data clinical trial design or regulatory frameworks

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $USD. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. In addition our positions offer a shortterm incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equitybased longterm incentive program (salaried roles) to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles) and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program 401(k) plan; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits including medical prescription drug dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
