What We Offer
Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses
Average first year earnings: $50k$70k/yr
Top reps earn $80k/yr
Signon bonus starting at $500
Full and parttime roles available
PTO available on Day 1

About the Role
In this position you will:
Engage with potential customers with direct inperson outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
Generate interest and schedule our free inhome product demonstrations no selling required!
Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry
Use this experience as a steppingstone into a career in management or furthering your sales career
Key Qualifications
No experience required!
Prior experience is a plus but we are happy to train those without
Selfmotivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies firsthand
Availability to work afternoons and weekends
Currently hiring for 10am 6pm shifts WednesdaySunday
Naturally outgoing and wellspoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
