- Lead the sales floor and manage the sales process

- Coach and hold the team accountable to CRM followup and process

- Strong leadership communication and coaching skills
- Experience in one or more of the following: desking floor leadership training or process execution
- Hyundai or import experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Finance/F&I exposure
