The DoubleTree Seattle Airport is looking for an experienced Server to join their team in Seaports restaurant. This is a seasonal position with opportunity to continue with the team after the summer/fall months. Shift Pattern:Open availability required typical shifts are 1030a630p 4p12a or 6p2a
Pay Rate for this parttime seasonal role is $18.42 per hour plus tips.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a server in a highvolume full service restaurant setting and the ability to work a varied schedule. We are looking for someone who has a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and excel in a fastpaced restaurant setting. Previous hotel restaurant serving experience is a plus!
What will I be doing
As a Food Server you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate pointofsale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with federal state local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is wellstocked at all times
