Roofing Foreman
Location: Based in Greenbrier TN
Travel: Weekday travel required across the U.S.

Position Overview
The Roofing Foreman will oversee daily repairs on job sites ensuring that repairs are completed safely on time within budget and to the highest quality is a lead position on a 2 man team that travels together making repairs across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead roofing repairs on commercial projects
Inspect work to ensure company and industry standards are met
Motivate and support team members to ensure timely project completion
Accurately diagnose roof issues during warranty service calls
Conduct final walkthroughs with property managers and clients
Ensure job site safety and compliance with repair protocols
Complete and submit daily and weekly reports and required documentation
Qualifications
Proven experience with TPO EPDM or PVC roofing systems
Successful track record as a Foreman or Supervisor for commercial roofing contractor
Valid state drivers license with a clean driving record
Requirements
Must be dependable selfmotivated and safetyconscious
Able to travel for up to 5 days at a time for job assignments
Capable of lifting 50 lbs climbing ladders and working at heights
Skilled in using hand and power tools related to roofing work
