Job Description
We are hiring a Director of Business Development to lead growth efforts for a leading ABA organization. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the ABA field and a track record of successfully generating leads securing partnerships and driving expansion. This role is essential to the companys continued success and offers flexibility for remote work.
Compensation is performancedriven with significant upside for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy specific to ABA services
- Identify pursue and secure new referral sources and client partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals schools and other relevant organizations
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to support growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in the ABA industry
- Proven track record in sales business development or marketing
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively
- Comfortable working independently and remotely if applicable
Location: Atlanta GA (Remote considered)
Salary: $100K$200K (Based on performance)
