Job Description
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position is available at our awardwinning Cassia senior communityChapel View!New grads are welcome and we are offering a $5000 Bonus!
In this role youll provide compassionate highquality care to residents administer medications and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes in longterm care. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse who thrives in a teamoriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. Position Type: FullTime
Wage: $30.00 $36.57 / hour depending on experience.
Available Shifts: Days(6:30am3:00pm)
Location:615 Minnetonka Mills Road Hopkins MN 55343
Nurse responsibilities:
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
Nurse skills and requirements:
- Must have a current Minnesota LPNlicense and be in good standing.
- Selfstarter with a desire to be a part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
