Competitive Salary: $59K $61500 per year.

Role Overview: As a FullTime Lead Therapist for our Triple P program youll play a key role in delivering familycentered therapeutic services. Your responsibilities include overseeing program development managing client caseloads and ensuring compliance with all regulations and funding requirements. Youll work closely with the Program Supervisor to maintain program excellence.
What Were Looking For:
- Masters degree in Social Work Mental Health or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Florida State Licensure in Social Work Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy or a registered intern within one year of licensure eligibility.
- Experience with Triple P training is an asset
- Strong organizational communication and analytical skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus experience with KIPU/HBDS is a plus
