Job Summary: The BCP Support Staff provides general clerical duties and administrative support to the Program Manager Supervisors Parent Partners. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of the BCP Support Staff is to provide administrative services to four counties within the BCP program. Specific duties include - Maintain highly organized records of monthly program expenditures for each county.
- Compile and submit accurate monthly financial documents on behalf of the program.
- Compile and input monthly data regarding referrals and case closures.
- Input data from PFS surveys.
- Assist each county in increasing referrals by sending emails letters or phone calls to outside agencies to help meet program monthly target.
- Keep adequate inventory of supplies and replace as necessary.
- Maintain notes of program meetings and resources
- Update daily check logs.
- Assist Parent Partners by maintaining case file packets creating cover sheets distribute/deliver mail.
- Maintain binder for all counties.
- Communicate in a clear and supportive manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications: - Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to perform reception function which includes answering incoming calls greeting visitors and monitoring guest flow.
- Good computer skills with proficiency in keyboarding data entry and ability to use software including but not limited to Word Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to develop and maintain data tracking systems (e.g. Excel spreadsheets).
- Good writing skills including comprehension grammar with ability to draft letters and other correspondence.
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to provide culturally competent services that shows sensitivity to the service populations cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.

Education Certificates Licenses Registrations: - High school diploma or GED required; some college or business courses preferred.

Working Conditions: - Generally an office environment with a cubicle or reception area workstation
- Ability to travel and attend meetings at various locations may be required
- Some nontraditional hours such as evenings or weekends may be required
Physical requirements: - While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to walk stand sit communicate verbally and in writing hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
