Schedule: Fulltime MondayFriday 100% onsite

Job Summary:
Were seeking a driven Sales Representative to join the team in Manchester NH. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate with a competitive mindsetparticularly former Division I athletes interested in launching a lucrative career in insurance brokerage. Youll receive handson training build your own book of business and work directly with the President in a fastpaced highreward setting.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $55000$65000 (no draw)
OnTarget Earnings (OTE): $150000$300000 (uncapped)

Responsibilities:
Prospect pitch and close new business in medical malpractice insurance
Act as broker of record for multiple carriers (e.g. Coverys Kinsale The Hartford Burns & Wilcox)
Build and manage a growing book of business
Develop relationships with physicians practice managers and healthcare organizations
Sell policies in both admitted and excess & surplus (E&S) markets
Maintain detailed records in CRM to track sales activity and client engagement
Conduct occasional local travel to client offices as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
Former Division I athlete strongly preferred
Prior sales experience is a plus
Exposure to healthcare or insurance is helpful but not required
Highly motivated competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to thrive in a fastmoving unstructured environment
