Job Description
Who We Are:
11th Hour Staffing Inc. is a familyownedandoperated business that is passionate about recruiting customer service and our community. We are positioned to be your onestop staffing resource for all your hiring & employment needs from entrylevel to executive spanning across all industries.
Essential Functional Requirements:
- Must be able to work fulltime extended shifts of up to 12 hours.
- Hear and distinguish emergency signals and instructions while on duty.
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment.
- Help unload trucks/dump materials when needed with forklift equipment.
- Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move at least 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be safety conscious and have a good work ethic.
- Ensure equipment and company property is maintained in proper condition.
- Must be able to pass a preemployment random and or postaccident/injury substance abuse screening.
- The use of safety gear including steel toed boots is required.
- All necessary Personal Protective Equipment including but not limited to safety glasses cutresistant gloves/sleeves and retractable box cutters will provide along with the necessary training to maintain a safe work environment.
- Team player
- Excellent organizational skills to be able to complete various forms records and reports.
- Familiarity with the use of hand trucks pallet jacks and other necessary warehouse equipment
- Attention to detail is a must as you will be inspecting products and keeping detailed records.
