As anAbsence Disability Management and Life Associate Director you will be at the forefront of managing projects for large complex clients involving the design and management of the full array of group disability and broader disability management programs. You will participate in new business activities and the creation of new intellectual capital. You will position yourself to grow into a senior relationship management and/or leadership role by serving as the pivotal point on all projects and working alongside industry experts on cutting edge solutions.

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications qualifications/experience performance in the role.

Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $110000 $140000 USD. This role is also eligible for an annual shortterm incentive bonus.
