Yellowstone Clubs Food & Beverage (F&B) department is currently seeking candidates for Servers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the setup and preparation of the dining outlets for the season
- Provide food and beverage service to Members and guests with a focus on excellence consistency of experience specific to each Restaurant Outlet assigned
- Take and serve orders
- Know the sequence of service and follow it each time when approaching a table
- Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation
- Attend to Members and guests upon entrance
- Know or learn Member names immediately
- Present menus and help Members and guests select food/beverages
- Answer questions pertaining to the Restaurant menus
- Relay any special dietary restrictions and special requests to the culinary staff
- Work in collaboration with other teammates to meet Member and guest expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area and work station
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership
- Maintain table settings cleanliness and service throughout the course of the meal
- Present check in a timely manner
- May coordinate and instruct other servers.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3 months of serving experience in a fine dining restaurant luxury resort or private club setting
- Basic computer or point of sale system skills
- Able to communicate effectively and speak/write English clearly/legibly
- Perform basic math calculations
- Regularly required to talk and/or hear
- Frequently lift up to 30 pounds
- Use hands/fingers to handle/lift items
- Constantly required to stand/walk/climb or balance bend stoop kneel crouch or reach with hands/arms
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must pass preemployment background check paid for by the employer which is carried out equally among U.S. workers and H2B workers
