What Youll Be Doing
As a Marketing / Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for all marketing efforts across the company working closely with multiple departments to maintain a strong brand presence and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms
- Create and publish engaging content and postings
- Develop innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility
- Photograph current inventory and manage online inventory listings
- Remove sold inventory from digital platforms
- Stay current on marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
- Collaborate with various departments to design monthly promotional flyers
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials cards and promotional items for current and potential customers
- Provide general administrative support as needed
What You Need to Succeed
- Recent graduate (within the past 2 years) with a degree in Marketing and internship experience preferred
- Alternatively 2 years of handson marketing experience will be considered
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing is ideal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and intermediate skills in Excel
- Experience with Adobe Suite ideal but not necessary
- Selfmotivated creative and driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to generate and execute fresh marketing ideas
- Excellent followthrough and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid drivers license and proof of insurance required
- Careerfocused with a desire to take full ownership of the role
