You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Wealth Solutions Engineering (WSE) chapter area provides engineering knowhow talent and standards in many areas of the Fidelity Wealth business unit including digital planning & advice investment products managed solutions life insurance retirement & income planning and largescale platform development & operation. Within Fidelity Wealth you and your engineering team will directly support the Fidelity Insurance Agency (FIA) Experience group which owns the digital experiences used by our customers and advisors for researching purchasing and managing annuity and insurance products. As a leader on our WSE team you will have a direct and positive impact on Fidelitys customers. The industry leading products and everevolving technology stack that our chapter area supports ensures a great learning culture in the team.
The squad you will become part of primarily works on developing new user experiences and coordinating with other teams to integrate with existing user experiences across our annuity and insurance portfolio.
The Role:
As a Director of Full Stack Engineering you will lead the technical team to develop user experiences and the underlying platforms to support our customer experience. You will provide the technology knowhow leadership and influencing skills to drive overall technology strategy digital transformation thought leadership and talent development across the squads. You will provide technical guidance on lead initiatives that supply ideas to improve our products as well as develop your skills understand new technologies and industry trends and continue to learn while maintaining a strong focus on providing coaching mentorship and driving talent development across our engineering teams.

Fidelitys hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days MF) in a Fidelity office.
