This position is responsible for providing administrative support for the Administrative Office by performing administrative and minor executive duties. Serves as primary communication center for the administrative staff by answering all incoming lines to the executive area. In addition this position will also manage all the daily operations of the Volunteer Services Department and managing and training all volunteers. Assist Director with planning and executing Executive Committee and Board Meetings including yearly Board Retreat and maintaining necessary reports to keep 501 c 3 status.
Reports to Director of Administration and Board Services.
