Job Description
General Summary of Duties:Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in all aspects of a full service restaurant.
Example of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following):
- Understand and adhere to Grand Victoria Casino and Food and Beverage standards policies and procedures.
- Obtain a basic understanding of the Internal Control System (ICS) and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS).
- Ability to comply with and maintain Grand Victoria Casinos Family Style Service Standards.
- Maintain high levels of appearance at all times.
- Utilize alcohol awareness training at all times.
- Enter all guests orders in the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure that food presentation is appealing.
- Ability to upsell food and beverage
- Perform all other tasks that may be assigned in the future.
Qualifications: High school diploma/GED preferred; prior serving experience in a restaurant required.
Certificate/License: Level 3 Occupational Illinois Gaming Board License; Illinois Sanitation Certification; Illinois Alcohol Awareness Certification.
Salary: $9.00 per hour (Plus tips)
