Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outdoor guiding recreation hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems (training available).
- Basic bike maintenance knowledge (e.g. inflating tires adjusting brakes minor repairs).
- Ability to lead outdoor activities confidently and safely.
- Physically able to hike moderate trails and lift equipment (up to 40 lbs.).
- Comfortable facilitating group activities including axe throwing.
- A team player with a cando attitude and flexible mindset.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have knowledge of Methow Valley flora fauna and trail systems.
- Have Wilderness First Aid (WFA) certification.
- Speak multiple languages or have experience working with diverse groups.
