Position Summary
As the Overnight Valet Attendant you will be responsible for providing a great experience for all customers parking at your location. As an overnight valet attendant you will maintain positive customer and client interactions while maintaining an agreeable helpful attitude.
Job Type: Hourly Full Time/Part Time
Compensation: $20.50/hr. plus Tips
Schedule
Parkwell is searching full time and part time employees for Overnight shifts. The overnight shift is from 11:00pm7:00am. This can include weekdays weekends and holidays.
Customer and Client Service Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting
- Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to be in need of assistance
- Be able to anticipate guests needs
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer learn the names and key people at each site (property managers engineers janitorial security etc)
- Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.
- Must be able to accurately verify collect and record revenue
Safety and Security Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely park guest cars in an efficient manner.
- Abides by all Parkwell safety standards and training
- Secure keys in locked podium/key box
- Verifies ownership of vehicles keys for claim check
- Be able to preform and stay organized under stress
- Maintain a high level of integrity in regards to guests vehicles and personal possessions
- Reports all incidents immediately to supervisor or manager
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description. The expectation is that you are flexible and openminded to these assignments.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
- Must be able to run as required by business demand
- Successful completion of a criminal and motor vehicle background check
- Must be able to stand for an 8hour shift
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be at least 18 years old
