Handle incoming and outgoing packages within the warehouse.
Track inventory movements and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
Package label and weigh items appropriately for shipping.
Inspect received goods for damage and report any discrepancies.
Distribute mail and packages directly to employees or recipients within 24 hours of receipt.
Note: Do not leave items unattended. Follow up with recipients to schedule delivery if they are unavailable.
Organize inventory and maintain a wellstocked and orderly supply area.
Document and report inventory damages accurately.
Maintain a digital log of daily activities including inventory scanning and counts.
Keep the workspace clean organized and ready for internal and external visitors.
Engage positively and professionally with employees vendors carriers and drivers.
Provide additional support to the shipping and receiving team as needed.
Promptly unload incoming trucks and deliveries.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse shipping or receiving role preferred.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
Experience in all aspects of shipping and receiving operations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and tasks.
Strong work ethic; team player with a customer serviceoriented mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Ability to lift push pull and carry up to 50 lbs and climb ladders as needed.
