Learn and support sales efforts by assisting with membership inquiries and understanding the sales process.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests scheduling appointments answering phone calls and addressing basic member questions.
- Support member retention by observing and learning about operational workflows customer satisfaction strategies and followup best practices.
- Promote the Stretch Zone brand by learning how to communicate the value of practitionerassisted stretching and shadowing experienced sales team members.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive studio culture and support studio goals.
Handson experience in customer service sales and wellness studio operations.
- Exposure to business metrics and how they drive decisionmaking.
- Mentorship from experienced studio leaders.
- Practical skills in communication time management and teamwork.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE NASM ACSM NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
