About the Role
Were hiring a Senior Tax Manager on behalf of our client a wellestablished CPA firm based in Las Vegas. This role is ideal for an experienced CPA with a strong background in nonprofit and private client taxation. Youll lead complex tax engagements guide a team of professionals and serve as a trusted advisor to highnetworth individuals estates and trusts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead tax engagements across nonprofits estates and highnetworth individuals
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning to optimize client outcomes
- Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals ensuring quality and collaboration
- Conduct indepth tax research and maintain uptodate knowledge of regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless clientfocused service
What Were Looking For
- 8 years of tax experience in a CPA firm with a focus on private clients and nonprofits
- CPA license required; Masters in Taxation preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and software (e.g. ProSystem fx CCH Axcess)
- Proven experience leading engagements and mentoring teams
- Excellent communication skills and a clientfirst mindset
