Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with hardware and software engineering teams to coordinate development efforts resolve roadblocks and optimize workflows
Define project milestones key delivery dates and success metrics while proactively mitigating risks and dependencies
Drive stakeholder engagement including internal leadership partners and customers to align expectations and father feedback
Establish and refine the program management processes best practices and tools
Foster crossfunctional communication and collaboration across teams ensuring transparency and helping to align on priorities
Partner with the CTO to share and refine product roadmaps ensuring alignment with product strategy team deliverables and longterm vision
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 10 years of industry experience
Bachelors degree in computer science electrical engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across technical and executive teams
Experience working with engineering teams including ASIC SoC and software development teams
Proven experience in program management within the semiconductor industry or related hardware product company
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and mitigate risks
Strong technical understanding of hardware and software development lifecycles preferable in secure computing applications
