Job Description
Seeking an experienced LPN for a Long Term Care facility within a 75mile radius. This position requires working day shifts from 6:30am to 2:30pm with every other weekend rotation. The LPN must be willing to float to all units within the same building and have experience with MS ortho dementia and memory care patient populations. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience hold a NY license and be proficient in using PointClick Care EMR. LPN/LVN Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (Nursing)
