Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Per Diem Goshen NY
Star Nursing is seeking LPNs for urgent per diem opportunities at a SubAcute Rehab Facility in Goshen NY (10924). Fulltime block booking is available offering the opportunity to secure a steady schedule and potentially exceed 40 hours per week.

Overnight (11 PM 7 AM)

PM Shift (3 PM 11 PM)

AM & PM Weekend Shifts

Per Diem Rate: $42 per hour (taxable)

Split Pay Rate: $20 per hour (taxable) $960 (taxfree) $1760/40 hours

Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
-
Monitor and document vital signs
-
Observe and report changes in patient conditions
-
Assist with wound care dressing changes and other medical treatments
-
Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions
-
Assist patients with mobility and personal hygiene tasks
-
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
-
Ensure compliance with facility policies and infection control protocols
Step 1:

Resume with longterm care experience

Active LPN license
-
Current BLS/CPR certification
-
Skills checklist

12 recent supervisor references
Step 2 (Upon Offer):

Physical and PPD (within the last 12 months)

MMR Varicella Hep B (or decline)

Tdap/Flu (or decline)

COVID negative test (current)
