Job Description
Facility: Trinity Health At Home Southeast Michigan
Address: 20555 Victor Pkwy Livonia MI 48152
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22 per hour
Seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA to provide inhome care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or therapist. Ideal for professionals with a passion for home health and patientcentered care.
- Assist patients with daily living activities.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
