Job Description
A wellestablished privately owned pediatric outpatient clinic in NW Houston/Cypress is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OTR) to complete evaluations on a PRN/contract basis.
This opportunity is ideal for a licensed OT looking for flexible work excellent compensation and the chance to make a real impact in the lives of children and their families.
Responsibilities:

Perform pediatric OT evaluations in an outpatient setting

Administer ageappropriate assessments for fine motor and developmental skills

Develop and document treatment plans and evaluation summaries

Communicate findings and recommendations to families and clinic staff
-
Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines HIPAA standards and facility policies
Schedule:
- PRN/asneeded basis
- Most evaluations are scheduled during afternoon or evening hours

Approximately 10 evaluations available at this time and potential for more on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current OT license in the State of Texas

Minimum of 1 2 years of pediatric experience

Current CPR certification
-
Valid drivers license
-
Excellent clinical judgment and documentation skills

Familiarity with rehab protocols developmental milestones and pediatric equipment
