Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning of technical upgrades and patches to the system by assisting in researching technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved supported and aligned with industry and company standards.
- Provide technical design of individual SAP components and work with CHS managed services partners.
- Assist in the generation of conceptual logical and physical architectures system documents testing analyses test plans and risk assessments to ensure a sound architecture.
- Maintain an efficient and reliable SAP landscape. Participate in the definition of KPI and their respective degrees of urgency to support issues and coordinate daytoday activities with MSP and SAP application teams / Business teams.
- Identify existing and potential issues and design matters in overall system and solution architecture Implement solutions to ensure that best practices and processes are followed and enhanced and communicate root cause.
- Provide guidance and assistance to more junior team members.
- Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- High School diploma or GED
- 4 years of experience in Information Technology and/or IT Business Systems
Additional Qualifications
- Previous experience installing managing and upgrading SAP systems to include:
- Supporting/upgrading ECC CRM BW TM SCM GTS GRC IDM Netweaver Gateway PO Portal IS/DS BOBJ and MDM modules
- Assist in the tuning of SAP systems/related technology stack configuring printers and managing SAP spool
- Managed systems configuration
- Assist in configuration/setup up of ChaRM CTS for ABAP JAVA transports Technical Monitoring CCMS Wily and single signon solutions such as SNC SAML2 Active Directory integration
- Working knowledge of managing HANA Sybase and SQL Server databases in SuSe Linux/Windows environment
- Familiarity with Linux system administration
- Experience administering both ABAP and JAVA Netweaver Systems Disaster Recovery Backup and Recovery of SAP systems
- System administration and application administration procedures
- Working knowledge of SAN OS Network and advanced hardware concepts
- Ability to provide 24x7 on call support as necessary
- Bachelors degree preferred in Information TechnologyComputer ScienceComputer Engineering Information Technology Management or related field
