Apprenticely is helping Highland Pellets hire an Operations Associate in Pine Bluff AR.

What to Expect:

Structured Onboarding & Rotational Training
Gain exposure to key production areas and understand operations from the ground up.
Work closely with experienced supervisors to develop management problemsolving and decisionmaking skills in realworld scenarios.
Gain experience in lean manufacturing procedural process control and root cause analysis (RCA).
Receive OSHA certification and training in workplace safety environmental regulations and compliance.
Work with experienced mentors and follow a structured promotion pathway into a leadership role.

What Youll Do:

Learn to Lead: Work with senior supervisors to motivate teams improve efficiency and drive safety and quality initiatives.
Develop DecisionMaking Skills: Learn to analyze data troubleshoot production challenges and make realtime leadership decisions.
Master Process Control: Understand the fundamentals of equipment operation workflow optimization and production scheduling.
Champion Safety & Compliance: Gain expertise in OSHA regulations environmental compliance and workplace safety best practices.
Build a Strong Leadership Foundation: Through mentorship handson experience and structured coursework develop the confidence and skills to lead.

$50000 $55000 a year

Rotating Schedule 2 weeks days 2 weeks nights rotating 12hour shifts 2 on 2 off 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off. You end up working every other weekend.
