What Youll Do:
Cast Spells on Dents:Use our proprietary process to repair ding and dent damage for customers either on a mobile route or at an assigned location.
Enchant Customers:Review your work with customers walk lots write work orders and negotiate to gain approval and build business.
Train Future Wizards:Get involved in training other Techs and work with your manager to prospect new accounts.

What You Need to Succeed:
Excellent Communication Skills:Interact with customers and build accounts.
Strong Work Ethic:Selfmotivation and the ability to work independently.
Toughness and Grit:Work outside in all kinds of weather.
Physical Stamina:Kneel bend squat and lift up to 50 pounds.
Manual Dexterity:Perform repetitivemotion tasks with precision.
Valid Drivers License:A good driving record is a must.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
$40000.00 $65000.00We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off medical dental vision and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
