Candidates must currently reside in Texas and have 1 year of bookkeeping/payroll experience.
Candidates must have bookkeeping/payroll experience working in a midsize company (more than 200 employees).
This is a fulltime remote role.
Candidate must be available to work in CST or EST time zones.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the companys financial records and bookkeeping
Perform account reconciliations including bank statements credit card statements and general ledger accounts
Prepare and process journal entries for accurate financial reporting
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Process payroll and maintain employee records
Generate financial reports and statements as needed presentations
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
