Doug Smith Autoplex Service BDC Agent
Doug Smith Autoplex is not only a great place to work but we have amazing benefits as well! We are seeking a person looking to work fulltime to help in our business development center (BDC). In this position you will be helping our service department. You will be asked to take inbound calls to schedule appointments and make outbound calls to drive business to our dealerships.

Be a motivated selfstarter.
Have a highschool diploma or equivalent education.
Be 18 or older.
Have a clean driving record and drivers license.
Be available to work fulltime including some Saturdays
In this great new position youll be taking inbound phone calls and assisting customers in scheduling service appointments as well as communicating over the phone text and email with our customers. If you know a little about cars and are computer savvy that can be helpful but if youre willing to learn we can teach you what you need to know.
