The Environmental Health Manager II serves as a Project Manager in the Critical Area Permitting Section and conducts technical reviews of permit applications and service requests.This position is located in Bureau of Coastal Management in the Critical Area Permitting Section.
Serves as a Critical Area Permitting Project Manager
Independently performs technical reviews of permit applications and service requests including professional drawings and analytical documents to ensure compliance with Critical Area Permitting Regulations and Coastal Tidelands and Wetlands Act
Reviews permit applications and service requests for consistency with the South Carolina Coastal Zone Management Program
Conducts field work associated with technical reviews and service requests
Provides professional guidance and assistance to local governments land developers consultants public officials and citizens
