Position Summary / Career Interest:
Directly supports all assigned executives up to the Senior Vice President level the department and coworkers on the team. Prepares presentations reports correspondence agendas etc. Receives screens and directs calls visitors emails and requests from direct reports. Arranges travel and manages maintenance of executives technology needs. Exercises confidentiality tact and diplomacy. Accomplishes all tasks at or above standard with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Provides administrative support directly to all executives the department and coworkers on the team exercising confidentiality tact and diplomacy.
- Competently uses business software applications (e.g. email/scheduling word processing presentation spreadsheet virtual meeting rooms and ERP) to prepare correspondence reports presentations agendas minutes etc.
- Provides basic desktop support assistance on these same applications as well as managing the maintenance of the executives overall technology needs.
- Receives screens and directs calls visitors emails and requests from direct reports.
- Maintains files and calendars tracks tasks and downline functions on behalf of the executive.
- Arranges business travel coordinates meetings and tracks expenses.
- Models and develops business standards policies and practices for the entire organization in this functional area.
- Accomplishes all tasks at or above standard with minimal supervision. Commitment to impeccable work product i.e. spelling grammar factchecking editing etc.
- Typically supports executives up to Senior Vice President.
- Must be able to perform the professional clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within and external to the Health System.
- Outgoing personality with high service orientation.
- Able to work in a stressful environment and capable of coping with complex situations.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information with complete discretion and confidentiality.
- Complete tests on computer skills and office grammar and spelling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including a high degree of professionalism and personal presence.
- Considerable knowledge and skill in using the personal computer including spreadsheet word processing database and presentation software.
