ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Commercial Relationship Manager II (CRM II) is a growthoriented position responsible for sourcing and acquiring new commercial banking relationships. The CRM II is focused on external business development and market expansion with specific targets tied to loan originations deposit growth and fee generation. While the CRM II may manage a small number of strategic accounts as well as client relationships generated in the role. the primary objective is to generate netnew business through proactive prospecting community engagement and partnership development. This role is ideally suited for experienced bankers with a proven track record in commercial business development and a strong understanding of client acquisition strategies.
