Part-Time Seasonal Yard Specialist

About the role: Responsible for general cleaning groundskeeping and support tasks across the dealership to keep the facility clean organized and running smoothly during the busy season.

Business Operating Hours/Schedule:Monday through Friday 7:30 am 5:30 pm

What Youll Be Doing:

• Clean and maintain bathrooms break room and conference room
• Take out trash and cardboard throughout the facility
• Sweep mop and dust showroom areas as needed
• Restock showroom parts and assist with inventory
• Transfer/deliver incoming parts from the main building to the prep area
• Assemble new Stihl units for showroom display
• Clean up trash from yard and parking areas
• Apply weed killer to landscape beds and other designated areas
• Wash Bobcat equipment as requested
• Support parts specialists by shelving stock and daily parts orders
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

What Were Looking For:

• Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
• Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail
• Comfortable with physical work including lifting cleaning and outdoor tasks
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Previous experience in general labor janitorial work landscaping or equipment handling is a plus but not required
