Job Description

Overview

Element has a parttime temporary opportunity for a Data Processing Clerk at our Burton MI lab. The position will be active for a three (3) month period between the months of May 2025 to September 2025. This is a project specific role that will last the duration of the intended project or until processing is complete. The Data Processing Clerk will be expected to work as necessary to process approximately 320 hours worth of data. Element Burton is an industryleading provider of testing and inspection services for the automotive industrial and aerospace industries.

Responsibilities

  • Access database system
  • Archive records
  • Download data (documents and financials)
  • Create an inventory of data and upload to a local drive

Skills / Qualifications

  • Use of Microsoft Office and other Windows based systems
  • Good understanding of data file storage and transport
  • Must have good organizational skills with ability to track
  • Good oral and written communication skills
